We wanted to let you know about a significant update to our refund policy, including some minor changes to our Terms of Service.

We're always committed to giving you the best experience possible when buying and redeeming Vouchers—and, we're also very attentive to your feedback. So, starting today, we're changing the way refunds work for Local deals. Introducing the Deal Credit Guarantee.

Local Vouchers

For Local Voucher Deals where you see our Deal Credit Guarantee advertised, this means two things:

You can get a full refund on any unredeemed Voucher within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
After the first 14 days, you will still be eligible to receive Deal Credits in the value you paid on an unredeemed Voucher, provided you request a refund prior to the Voucher expiration date.

That's it. We think it's a big improvement and a real statement about the kind of businesses that we choose to work with. Our faith in their quality is a huge reason why we can make our new policy this simple.
