Winklevoss Twins Aim to Open Bitcoin Trading to All Investors

The Winklevoss twins have filed a proposal with the Securities and Exchange Commission that would let any investor trade Bitcoins. However, the idea is viewed as a long shot. The proposal is to create an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that would solely track Bitcoins. The move would remove the stigma of money-laundering and illegal activity associated with the currency.
